Shipping FAQs

1) Can I cancel my order? Please cancel your order no later than 1 hour after you place it. We start to process your order as soon as it's placed. There is only a short delay that allows us to cancel or change orders once they're submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes please let us know immediately. 

2) Do you offer free shipping? We offer FREE shipping on all our Variety Packs. Orders ship on business days Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

3) What is the cut-off for same-day shipping? Out cut-off time for same-day shipping is 9:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off time will have tracking numbers emailed to the order recipient before the end of the day or early the next morning. All orders placed after 9:00 am CST will ship the following business day. Orders are currently shipping within 2-4 business days. However, during this time we are taking necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and communities and order processing and shipping may be slightly delayed.

4) How long until my order arrives? Our shipping time-frame is 3-7 business days for our Standard shipping.

5) Do you offer international shipping? Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside the United States.

6) Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses on the same order.
  • USPS is the available shipping method for all Domestic addresses.
  • Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified.
